1. Agreement
These terms are an agreement between you and Craftsynk (Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India), which operates Prompteu — the website at prompteu.com, the web app and the Android app (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
2. Early access
The Service is in early access. Features may change, be added or be removed, and there may be bugs. Please keep your own exports of anything important — you can export your whole library at any time.
3. Your account
- Give us a real email address and keep your password safe. You’re responsible for what happens in your account.
- Your password and recovery key are yours alone. We never receive either, so we can’t unlock your prompts for you. If you forget your password and lose your recovery key, your saved prompts can’t be recovered.
- Tell us straight away at security@prompteu.com if you think someone else has accessed your account.
4. Your content
You own the prompts and other content you create in Prompteu. You give us only the permission needed to store, back up and sync that content for you — and because it’s end-to-end encrypted, we can’t read it. You’re responsible for having the right to use the content you save.
5. Acceptable use
Don’t use the Service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, store or distribute malware, attack or overload our systems, try to access other people’s data, or get around usage limits or security measures. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Third-party AI services
Prompteu can open third-party AI apps and, with your own API key, send requests to AI providers. Those services are not operated by us; your use of them is governed by their terms, and you’re responsible for any charges from them. AI output can be wrong — check it before relying on it. AI app names and logos belong to their owners; Prompteu isn’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
7. Our software and brand
The Service — including its software, design, look and feel, and the Prompteu name and logo — belongs to Craftsynk and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service as offered. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or rent it; decompile, reverse engineer or disassemble it (except where the law expressly allows this despite this restriction); remove proprietary notices; use it to build a competing product; or use our name and logo without written permission.
8. Price
The Service is free during early access. If we introduce paid plans, we’ll give you at least 30 days’ notice before any charge applies to you, and you’ll always be able to export your data.
9. Ending your use
You can stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms or if we have to for legal reasons. If we ever shut the Service down, we’ll give you at least 60 days’ notice to export your data, where we reasonably can.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We don’t promise the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or ₹5,000. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha have exclusive jurisdiction, except that you may have additional rights under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is significant, we’ll tell account holders by email or in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
