Delete your Prompteu account

You can delete your account and its encrypted backup at any time. Prompts saved on your devices stay there until you remove the app or clear them.

In the Android app

  1. Open Prompteu and go to Settings.
  2. Under Prompteu account, tap Delete account.
  3. Tap Delete again to confirm.

In the web app

  1. Open the web app and click the account button (top right) or Settings → Account & sync.
  2. Click Delete next to “Delete account”, then click it again to confirm.

By email

If you can’t sign in, email privacy@prompteu.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We’ll confirm it’s you and delete it within 7 days.
